To celebrate International Feldenkrais Week this year, 3 local practitioners are offering an afternoon of classes for free in Frome, on the theme of 'Transitions'.

It is an ideal if you want a taster of Feldenkrais, you'd like to experience different teachers or treat yourself to an afternoon's workshop. Come for one or more classes. Please bring a mat and/or blanket, and wear comfortable clothes to move in. Be prepared to lie on the floor for all lessons.
