To celebrate the birthday of Moshe Feldenkrais, International Feldenkrais Week takes place each year 6-11 May. This year four local practitioners will teach a class each during the afternoon on the theme of BALANCE. You can book the individual classes, taught by Jackie Adkins, Ed Bartram, Heather Stone and Leonora Oppenheim. Come to one or stay for all! The timetable is as follows:
2pm - Ed        3pm - Heather 
4pm - Jackie   5pm - Leonora

I'm Jackie Adkins, a Feldenkrais practitioner based in Frome, Somerset.
I can help you to regain a sense of enjoyment in your day to day movement and find more comfortable ways to do the things you used to take for granted.

People come to me for a variety of reasons. Some want some support living with a chronic health condition. Others want to enhance a particular skill such as playing a musical instrument, sports activities, or practicing yoga
and many simply want relief from everyday tension, stiffness or pain.

Whatever your situation, Feldenkrais will enhance your life in new ways and help you feel stronger, and more confident in your day to day movement.
