Workshops take place in Bristol and Frome, and follow a specific theme, allowing you to focus on that subject in depth. They can serve as an introduction to the Feldenkrais Method and also give the opportunity to take a deep dive into the method for a half or whole day.
In Bristol workshops take place at Bristol Folkhouse, an adult education centre in the heart of Bristol, whose wonderful cafe serves reasonably priced lunches, teas & cakes. Frome workshops are at RISE - a venue located in a converted chapel, also with a fabulous cafe. |
