Awareness Through Movement
In this 10 week course we will begin the term with Freeing the Shoulders & Chest and move onto Releasing the Hips in the second part.
Each week you'll be led through a carefully constructed sequence of movements, observing your habitual patterns of tension, exploring how let go of them and to move with greater ease.
It is suitable for all ages and abilities, although you must be able to get down to and up from the floor unaided. Classes can be helpful for those with back pain, tension and mobility issues, as well as those wishing to improve an existing activity such as sport, yoga, playing a musical instrument, horse riding or dance.
