In this introductory workshop you will increase your awareness of your movement, breathing and posture, utilising your brain’s ability to build new neural pathways and bring you closer to realising your full human potential.
Mobilising your spine
Learn how greater mobility of your spine can bring ease to everyday movements. We will explore the movability of each part of the spine in relationship to the head, pelvis and ribs through slow, mindful movement sequences.
As we become aware of our ingrained and sometimes limiting habits we are able to open up new pathways towards greater fluidity and ease.
Suitable for all abilities, although you must be able to get down to and up from the floor unaided.

Freeing the shoulders + chest
Discover reduced neck tension, free-er breathing and easier arm movements as you explore the move-ability of your shoulders, spine and ribs using the subtle, yet, powerful floor-based movement lessons of the Feldenkrais Method®.

Discover power in walking, comfort in sitting and pleasure in dancing by mobilising your pelvis. Using gentle, yet specific movement lessons you will develop greater awareness of this central part of your body - as this area becomes free-er, so too does the torso above and the legs below.
